Booking, rostering and attendance — without enterprise software.
Rampage Connect builds booking and operations tools for Singapore service businesses: appointment and service-request intake, staff rostering with minimum-crew and public-holiday rules, GPS-geofenced attendance check-in, leave requests and approvals with an audit ledger, and monthly attendance reports prepared for payroll, with role-based owner, manager and staff access. Booking workflows start from SGD 1,500; multi-module systems quoted by scope. Does not calculate payroll; notifications by email.
Booking workflows: From SGD 1,500 (Custom automation quoted by scope).
When the business runs on chats and spreadsheets
- Bookings slip through — Requests arrive by call, chat and form, and nobody has the full picture of what’s confirmed.
- Rosters live in someone’s head — Shift coverage, public-holiday crews and swaps are worked out manually every week.
- Month-end reconciliation — Attendance, lateness and leave are pieced together from messages before payroll can run.
How it works
- Map how you work today — We start from your real process — who books, who assigns, who approves — not a generic template.
- Build the part that hurts — Booking intake, rostering, attendance or leave — one focused module first, not everything at once.
- Pilot with your team — Staging first, with demo data, so your team tests it before any real records go in.
- Go live and extend — Roll out, then add the next module only when the first one is earning its keep.
Who it's for
- Cleaning companies — Appointment requests from your website, crew rosters and attendance for part-time and outdoor staff.
- Air-con and maintenance services — Capture service requests with the details you need, and see who is scheduled where.
- SMEs with shift-based staff — Rosters with minimum crews for Sundays and public holidays, GPS check-in, and leave approvals in one place.
- Teams replacing spreadsheets — Role-based access for owners, managers and staff, with a monthly attendance report ready for payroll.
Good to know
- Scope-dependent: a single booking or attendance workflow is a small build; a multi-module operations system is quoted by scope.
- We don’t calculate payroll — attendance and leave reports are prepared for your payroll process or provider.
- Notifications are by email. WhatsApp Business API messaging is not part of the standard build today.
- Every build goes through a staging pilot with demo data before your real staff or customer records are loaded.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a booking system cost in Singapore?
A focused booking or request workflow starts from SGD 1,500. Larger operations systems — rostering, attendance and leave together — are quoted by scope after we map how your team works. Every quote is flat and agreed before work starts.
Custom build or off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf tools are great when your process fits them. A custom build makes sense when your rules don’t fit — minimum crews on public holidays, outdoor staff check-in, your own leave types — or when per-seat subscriptions add up across a large team.
Can staff check in by GPS?
Yes. Our workforce portal supports geofenced check-in, so staff can only clock in within a set radius of the site, with configurable grace periods for lateness and early leave.
Does it handle leave and public holidays?
Yes — leave requests and approvals with your own leave types, half-days, blackout periods and days-in-lieu, plus rostering rules for public holidays and Sundays.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Customers can reach you from your site in one tap on WhatsApp. Automated WhatsApp messaging through the WhatsApp Business API is not part of our standard build today; system notifications go by email.
